Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you use the website for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The website is intended for lawful business use by persons capable of entering binding arrangements. It is not directed to children.
Company and services
Tianvex International Limited / 天維克斯國際有限公司 is a Hong Kong advertising company. Our core business is online performance marketing for international markets; physical-goods import and export is an ancillary business.
Website descriptions and case studies explain our capabilities and methodology. They are not a binding offer, media commitment, trade quotation, investment recommendation or guarantee of availability.
Service engagements
A service begins only when the relevant parties accept a written proposal, order, statement of work or agreement. That document should define scope, markets, deliverables, account access, data roles, fees, taxes, payment timing, platform costs, intellectual property and termination rights.
Changes to scope, budget, timing or channels require appropriate written approval. Email approval may be sufficient where the governing service agreement permits it.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, accurate and lawfully obtained instructions, materials, product claims, audience data, permissions and account access needed for the engagement.
- Ensure advertised products, services, offers and claims are lawful, accurate and adequately substantiated in each target market.
- Hold the necessary rights and permissions for creative assets, trademarks, data, audiences, landing pages and tracking configurations supplied to us.
- Provide legally required notices, consent mechanisms and consumer choices where the client determines campaign purposes and means.
- Review and approve material campaign elements within agreed timelines and promptly notify us of legal, platform or reputational concerns.
Advertising platforms and third parties
Campaigns may depend on independent advertising platforms, publishers, payment providers, data vendors, hosting services or other third parties. Their rules, reviews, outages, auction dynamics, account actions and technical changes are outside our control.
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, third-party terms and charges apply directly to the relevant account or service. We may recommend changes or pause activity where continued delivery could breach law, platform policy or an approved risk boundary.
Performance and measurement
We apply professional judgement and continuous optimisation, but advertising outcomes depend on market conditions, offer quality, competition, platform systems, budgets, creative, tracking and customer behaviour. We do not guarantee impressions, approvals, rankings, conversions, revenue, profitability or a specific return on advertising spend unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Metrics from different platforms may use different attribution models and can be delayed, modelled, adjusted or unavailable. Case studies do not promise equivalent results and omit confidential or unverified figures.
Intellectual property
The website, Tianvex name, brand elements, layouts, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to Tianvex and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make reasonable internal business references to public pages, but may not reproduce, scrape, modify, sell, republish or create misleading derivative materials without permission.
Ownership and licence terms for client deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or interfere with its security, availability or integrity.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, malware delivery or disruptive automated traffic.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential or harmful content.
- Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent authority or use website information for unlawful solicitation.
- Do not remove legal notices or use our brand in a way that suggests an unauthorised endorsement or partnership.
Confidentiality and enquiries
Public website communications are not automatically confidential. Do not send trade secrets, credentials, special-category data or other highly sensitive material before an appropriate confidentiality and security arrangement is in place.
Where the parties sign a confidentiality agreement or a service agreement containing confidentiality terms, that agreement governs protected information.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data through the website and business relationships. By contacting us, you confirm that information you provide may be used to respond to the enquiry and administer the potential relationship.
Marketing communications are sent only as permitted by applicable law. You may request that they stop using the method in the message or by contacting us.
Website disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general business information. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing on the website is legal, tax, financial, investment, sanctions, customs or regulatory advice. You should obtain qualified advice for the jurisdictions and products relevant to your activity.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Tianvex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website, including loss of profit, data, opportunity or goodwill.
Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement. If no such agreement applies, any website-related claim will be limited to the extent permitted by Hong Kong law.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend website access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse. Service suspension and termination rights are governed by the applicable agreement, including obligations relating to outstanding fees, data return and transition.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these website terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or a signed service agreement provides a different dispute process.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, services or law. The effective date identifies the current version; continued use after publication means the updated terms apply to later website use.
