Cookie Policy

This policy explains how the Tianvex corporate website uses cookies, browser storage, pixels and related technologies, and how you can control optional use.

Effective date16 July 2026
01

Scope and relationship to our Privacy Policy

This policy applies to www.tianvex.com and Tianvex-operated copies of this corporate website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how Tianvex International Limited handles personal data more generally.

Client advertising campaigns, media platforms and third-party landing pages may use different technologies under their own notices and contractual arrangements. This policy does not describe cookies controlled independently by those services.

02

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, tracking pixels, tags, scripts, device identifiers and techniques that read or write information on a device.

They can support security and page delivery, remember choices, measure website use or enable advertising. A technology may be first-party, controlled by the website visited, or third-party, controlled by another provider.

03

Technology currently used

The website stores a first-party local-storage record named tianvex_cookie_consent_v1 after you make a choice. It records the policy version, necessary/analytics/advertising choices, the time saved and whether a Global Privacy Control signal was detected. It expires for our purposes after 180 days, when we ask again, or earlier if you clear browser storage.

Our hosting, content-delivery and security infrastructure may process IP addresses and request data and may use strictly necessary technologies to route traffic, prevent abuse, apply security challenges or maintain service reliability. Their exact use and duration can depend on the security event and provider configuration.

We do not currently activate optional analytics cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural advertising technologies on this corporate website.

04

Our categories

Our consent panel groups technologies by purpose so that optional choices can be made separately.

  • Strictly necessary: technology required to deliver, secure and balance the website, respond to a user request, or remember the privacy choice. It cannot be switched off through our panel.
  • Analytics: optional technology intended to understand visits, page use and website performance. This category is currently inactive and will not be enabled without the required choice.
  • Advertising: optional technology intended for campaign measurement, audience matching, personalisation or cross-context behavioural advertising. This category is currently inactive and will not be enabled without the required choice.
05

Consent and preference controls

On a first visit, you may accept optional categories, continue with necessary technology only, or customise each optional category. Optional choices are off by default. Refusing optional technology does not prevent access to the website.

You may withdraw or change consent at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also clear website data through your browser, although doing so may cause the panel to appear again.

Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our consent control keeps the advertising category disabled. Browser blocking settings may provide additional control, but can also affect technologies needed to deliver a requested service.

06

How regional rules affect our approach

In Hong Kong, cookies that track identifiable users are handled under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We disclose the types, purposes, whether acceptance is voluntary and relevant consequences, and we apply data-minimisation and fair-collection principles.

For EEA and UK visitors, non-essential device storage or access is not activated before valid consent where EU ePrivacy rules or UK PECR require it. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and expressed by a clear positive action; strictly necessary technologies may be exempt.

US privacy obligations vary by state. Where applicable, we provide notice and choices concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising and recognise qualifying opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Tianvex does not currently sell or share corporate-website data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

07

Providers and international processing

Website infrastructure providers may process technical data in locations where they operate. We select providers and apply contractual, security and transfer safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.

If optional technology is introduced, we will update this policy with material provider, purpose and duration information before or when it is activated, and refresh consent where the change requires it.

08

Retention and security

We keep the consent preference for up to 180 days to respect and evidence the choice. Security and request records are kept only for periods reasonably necessary for service integrity, investigation, legal compliance and claims, subject to provider settings and applicable law.

We use proportionate safeguards, but browser storage and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid using shared-device choices if another user should make a separate decision.

09

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when technology, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will seek fresh consent when required by a material change in optional use.
